One of the most popular applications of MS-Office is Power Point. This application is often used by most of the teachers, marketing representatives, professors, organizers, etc to present their valuable opinions to others. Power point acts as interface between presenter and listener.

This powerful application has many features. If you could able to use all these features, then I am sure, your presentation would be the best. There are certain important things to follow to make your presentation more impressive.

Prepare the notes on what you want to discuss.
Note down or put an underline mark on important points.
Put the important points in each slide as bullets.
Explain the each bullet with another slide that is related to that topic.
people can catch the things more quickly if you explain them with diagrams. So, prepare slides that contains neat diagrams or pictures.
Use short sentences on slides.
We can win the hearts of kids if we add built in sound files in each slide.
Use the colors that are pleasant to watch. Never use eye-disturbing colors like dull or very bright in your text, or back ground color of the slide.
Use appropriate transition times. What you are explaining should match with respective slide.

Apart from these, a good vocabulary, neat dress and good way of presenting the subject make your presentation more impressive.
