Lowering blood pressure with exercise

Many of us have suffered high blood pressure.
Many times it's coincidental with being overweight.

Often competing with others drives to stress that compounds high blood pressure.

Exercise can be a way of getting back in touch with our bodies.
Conditioning our bodies back to regular rhythms can be essential when our blood pressure gets out of control.

Walking can be an ideal exercise.
The rhythmic scissoring of arms left and right take over from repetitive ideas and stresses too much dwelt upon.

Often a walk outdoors starts out as a stress reliever and ends up as a great break from ideas that crowd the mind.
Meanwhile, muscles are trained, lungs congested with stress open up and give way to fresh air and a circulatory system irregularly tested with talking and suppressing talking relaxes.

Exercise to lower blood pressure for many is a must.
Once it becomes a regular habit, you'll notice when it's missed.
