Disagreeing with company policies: Should you voice concerns or not?

Well if you disagree with the policy or not, you probably can get fired, since they make the rules. My company I work for now, has public computers for your use when not working so I use them to write my novel the "Confession" They came up with a rule book for employees since your job doesn't concern the use of computer is it allowable to use one? I will not sign this garbage. One my book has no concern to them. Two what business is it to them what I am doing? Three my book contains no swears. I'm a clean writer, never want to swear but you watch if it ever becomes a movie all the swears they do add to it. Also can't email your friends at work anymore or play video games well I'm not a manager so I can't play video games anyway. And my email buddy is someone I wish to date, she just doesn't see me that way. But as for signing it just say I'll have a lawyer look at it before signing it you'll probably see how they drop this issue in a hurry. Because its against the law. What's to say they have your password and put up porn on your computer or anything, your signing away your rights and telling them to fire you. Nope not going to happen, have a lawyer look at the document and sue if it happens. No set ups here!
