keep in mind, if you are traveling with your better half. Can you be in a 26 to 40 foot area without killing each other. I am writing an e book about that also!
We are at the end of our stay at a RV Park, for a Fairgrounds, that asked us to set it up. We really did not want to be in a city, but now we are glad we did take on this task. We met so many great people, and New Year's Eve.. WELL it was enough for another e book!
Within the next couple of weeks we will head south, to a "Boat Camp". Which we think, will be very interesting. Since we will be the only RV with all luxury of electric, water, gas, satellite TV, interned, phone and etc. Others boat in and pitch a tent. Should be different.
Yes, I know, I have heard, why leave my big, paid off home, with a pool, spa, huge family room, fireplaces, shopping stores, restaurants and stuff, in Las Vegas to live like a homeless person. At times, when we were Christmas Tree Hunting, and camping in the snow, I had to wonder this myself. Building a campfire, with the other campers that were in tents, then turning in circles, to keep warm, and trying to get as close as possible to the fire. Finally looking at my warm, heated trailer, with TV, I opt to throw away the old style of camping and climb right into my warm traveling apartment. I had windows.. So I could look out and see the other campers and still enjoy their campfires warmly.
But RVing is an up and coming "Vacation Home" that you can change location, instead of staying in one place so long that you end up naming the trees! You sleep in your own bed, and I know you heard the horror stories about motels and hotels. Yes, most of the time you have to clean and cook, but when we balance that, we will take Camp Host ~ ing every time!
Nothing Like RVing! "Try It.. You Might Like It!"
