Every one knows that strength is important. You have to have the strength to move, walk, lift, and basically function in everyday life. All of your daily functions can be done because your body has built up the necessary muscles to do the tasks.
With conditional training either at home or at the gym. Your body will be able to do more tasks. It will function even better. You can complete nearly all of the conditional exercises in your home so that you can be able to function in everyday life without fatigue or strain.
You can take advantage of the medicine ball for instance. Several workouts can be completed with it. Regular push ups can also be done.
It is very important for mothers to have the exercise. So that they can keep up with the little ones. lol.
But seriously overall, daily exercise will make everyday life easier and also help to keep your weight down. Therefor, your healthy in nearly all aspects of your body.
