Disagreeing with company policies: Should you voice concerns or not?

Should you voice your concern? NO! Where I work, it is the worst thing in the world to voice your opinion. It is a one way ticket to a pink slip. They recently handed out a survey and people were honest, which is now going to cause them to be on the chopping block. An employer does not want to hear their employees are miserable. The employer will then think that the employee is not giving 110% to their job. They will think that the employee is going to slack off and not care about their job. Then the employer is going to think that the employee is ungrateful for even having the job. If you disagree with the company policies, do not voice your opinion to them. Keep that for a conversation that you can have with your spouse. That is what I do. I wouldn't dare let my boss know that I am miserable and hate the majority of the people that I work with. Someone I used to work with was honest and voiced her opinion about things, and, as I say USED to work with. You can figure out what the outcome was to that situation. Unless there is an employer out there that is actually concerned about their employees feelings, which I highly doubt, no company wants to have a person disagree with them or their policies. Beware when a company hands out a survey asking how you feel and they say its anonymous, it's not.
