Cooking for a week on a budget

Cooking on a budget can be a daunting experience but with a little bit of common sense we can all do it ,first thing to do is to look at what little money you have and work around it ,you can by veg and cheap mince meat and make a very tasty stew ,you can make do with cutting out the deserts that you have it wont hurt you to do that and you will be a lot healthy for it, when you go shopping look for the cheaper cuts of meat there are quite a number of them beef to chicken and are just as nice cooked properly ,with chicken you can by a jar of curry and a pack of rice nice and cheap and very tasty ,have you seen how far a pack of rice goes if you haven't you will be surprised ,buy a cheaper brand of coffee or tea ,you can buy long lasting milk ,you could cut out sugar again a healthy option ,do you really need to buy those cakes no i tho rt not when you go to the supermarket buy there own brands and don't fall for the buy 2 and get the 3rd 1/2 price buy just one instead,if you have a joint on a Sunday do what my mum did in the 50s there was always some left over so on a Monday she put the left overs in a casserole nice and tasty and nice and cheep ,buy a cheaper brand of bread might not be as tasty as the more expensive brand but it does the same thing it fills you up ,eat plenty of fruit its cheap and good for you, there are plenty more things that you can do all it takes is a little bit of common sense now go to it.
