Spending a significant amount of time for exercises merely not possible for anyone as everyone is busy with his hectic schedule. We have to balance both family and work, at the same time we need to take care of our health and fitness. Playing with kids is a good plan to follow to maintain fitness. While playing with our children we forget every thing and follow their rhythm and style. This gives a great relief from stress. There are certain playground exercises you can share with your kids are:
Conducting running race: Form as a team and play the running race. Running is the good exercise for body as it improves the overall health.
Playing lemon and spoon game: This game is very funny game. This is also a race among various participants. The idea of the game is to keep the lemon in a spoon and place the end of the spoon in your mouth and reach the destination by walking. You have to see that the lemon should be in the spoon all the time. You will quit if your lemon falls on the ground. This game improves the concentration and is a good exercise also as it involves walking.
Skipping or jumping a rope: This is also a game. Who will do the best within the time constraints. Declare award for the winner.
Play basket ball: This burns lots of fat.
Play tennis: This is a good exercise for heart. Children will love this game. You can teach them also.
Walking race: Participate in walking race along with your kids and reach the target.
Pull-ups, stretching exercises, drill, marching, dancing, sit-ups, sliding down, etc all are funny and interesting game like exercises that can be share with our kids.
Yoga and meditation: Children like Yoga very much. Their parts are also very flexible. So they do yoga very easily. DO yoga with them as they motivate you in many ways.
