Assessing online programs for leveraged income

Leveraged income opens horizons that working 40 hours per week for an employer can rarely match. It allows you to multiply your ability to earn times as many people as you can recruit to assist you. In some cases, this ability is multiplied more because of multiple levels down-line. By getting a foothold in several of these programs, you can create multiple leveraged income streams.

This can be where real durable income is produced.

One such leveraged program that doesn't quite fit this mold is that of drop ship wholesaling. In this, you can register with several drop-shippers and build online stores either through their facilities or with Ebay or other similar online auction/sales venues. You have some expenses because the website normally requires a fee for the webspace. After that, the only real expenses is the cost of the merchandise.

If you are willing to produce business cards and other advertising media, you can draw large numbers to your sites and sell tens of thousands of product types without stocking inventory. The problem with this type of income lies in the fact that so many people are doing it now. It becomes very difficult with people who are savvy in online shopping to get them to buy without first investigating dozens of other sites which may be able to offer your product at a lower rate. In the case of the same price, the last site visited will probably win the sale.

Many of the online leveraged income opportunities are too young to guarantee their survival long enough to count on them to earn you a sustainable living into the future. Also, like any other multilevel marketing plan, attrition of those below you is high. You are forced to recruit, encourage, and advertise heavily to maintain your income. They will advertise a few hours per week, but it can become more than a full-time job. Sometimes, it can be difficult to keep more than one floating at a time.
