Stressed out? Here's how to survive

almost obsessive, focus on this alleged problem, becomes bigger than the problem itself. What is the worst thing that could happen ay way? Right?

I'm sure you've experienced and loathe the same advice you tend to get;

"Pull yourself together"
"Don't worry about it"
"You are not alone and it is normal"
"People won't think less of you"
"Think about the people way less fortunate than you"

"Don't worry about things you have no control to change and work out what they are while you're there"
"What's the worst that could happen any way and so what"
"It's OK. God, Buddha, nature forces, unnatural forces, aliens, your cat - understands you" (apologies if this offends any cat lovers or ascensiate beings)
"It's OK. This life is only a transitional state" (erm. ok)
"Make a list and prioritise it and then cross stuff off it as it expires or gets solved"
"Exercise or relax or veg to distract yourself"
"Change your diet" (might take a little time to implement that one people)
"Listen to some Reiki Music" (OK I am biased here) "or "meditate" or "pray".
"You have nothing to prove to anyone! You can't actually let yourself down just lower your expectations"

I'm not actually going to tell you here how to cope with stress, or how to remove stress from your life. OK so I'm a flake ;-)

But how could I tell you how you are feeling and how to, or not to, feel? We've never even met?

You may be stressed now. You will almost certainly be stressed at some point in the future. You will find your own ways of coping, dealing or distracting yourself from this stress, some way.

If you don't, you will explode, and then it won't matter. As self exploding is;

1) Quite rare!
2) Nothing you (or I) can do anything about!
3) Self exploding is not stressful. It is quite a short experience and over quickly
4) People will certainly notice you as you explode and/or notice you have gone, for at least 10 seconds anyway.
5) If any of you have already exploded and feel I am treating the subject and value in self exploding too lightly, I apologise but have to ask, how come you are still reading this then?
6) Did I mean self explode or spontaneous combustion? Does it really bother you that much, either way? Are you sure you're actually stressed and not something else?

So in summary, if you don't manage to cope with stress in some way (even if just be being stressed out over it) you will explode,

Now if you pause and think about that for a moment, no wait a moment, no really, longer than that, do you feel any better? Do you feel less
