Who are easier to get along with: Fathers-in-law or mothers-in-law?

When a man gets a daughter he will be the man in her life til the day she will get married. And then that man will be the man in her life. The same goes for when a woman gets a son. So when the daughter for example marries a man that creates a type of confusion for her father. He's not quite sure where his place is anymore in his daughter's life. The mother of a son that marries a woman has the same problem. She used to be the one cooking for him, pampering him and so on. Now there's another woman doing most of that so the mother gets confused, as the father of a daughter that gets married, and loses her place in her son's life. But this is only if the parent's choose to. There are defenitely ways to find the right place in your kids lives after they get married but I wont talk about that right now.
