Lowering blood pressure with exercise

Daily exercise plays a very important role in lowering the blood pressure. Atleast 20 minute exercise for 3 days per week is highly affective for the B.P. patients. The main advantages of exercise are:

Improves the blood circulation
Increases the stamina
Relieves the stress.
Strengthens the heart
Prevents diabetes
Lowers bad cholesterol
Decreases obesity

Thus improves the overall health. So exercise is the best remedy for most of the health problems. Aerobic exercises works out best for B.P. Patients. Swimming, brisk walking, cycling etc are excellent exercises to lower the blood pressure. Apart from this dumbbell exercises also help in lowering your B.P. Yoga exercises also best choice for lowering blood pressure.

So, daily exercise is a simple and safe remedy to get rid of Blood pressure.
