Good and evil have existed since the dawn of man. 

From the time of Adam and of Eve, when it began.

Each side has its own angels who protect and who defend.

They battle on this earth of ours and will until the end.

Evil has its countless tools to do its evil works.

In every corner, everywhere, beware because it lurks.

You may not recognize its sinful face and sweet expression.

It springs right out of places you would not expect deception.

It struggles daily to control each man, woman and child.

Weaving webs so intricate, it fools and it beguiles.

Money, power, lures of flesh, its most fiercest allies.

Ever-slowly luring all into final demise.

This war which is ongoing is fought on our very stage.

Good has tools which it's been using since the ancient days.

Love and virtue are two powers evil cannot fight.

They live inside our hearts and souls and are our shining light.

Every place where evil tries to poison our souls.

You'll find there's goodness standing by to thwart the evil goals.

These two sides are locked in battle right here on our earth.

A part of our existence, they have been since our birth.
