All in a day’s work
Swimming up for daily food granules
Tail wagging expectantly for the water to pour and the food bowl to fill
Wiggling about as the brush runs through their hair
Awaking to the percolating sound of the coffee maker
Now that everyone’s morning has been prepped it is time to
Rush to choose clothes, brush teeth, and grab coffee before the job
Day in, day out
Back home to smiles, demands, and the responsibilities of home
Nothing to complain about…
It is all in a day’s work
