We hear stories about people who meet and 2 weeks later are getting married, or that sudden spark of "love at first sight". You can always find a good story somewhere, but they aren't just tall tales, or things movies are written about finding that perfect match can happen for anyone. The trick is the 3c's: Connection, Communication, and Commitment.

This is what separates those stories and many of our own. Through the struggle of dating we often become jaded, reserved, and non-committal because of past experience and the experiences of others we are close with. Your perfect match could be right in front of you, if there is a connection, and you can communicate you have the foundation for that perfect match. What builds the house on that foundation is the commitment. Not holding back, being true, loyal, and honest.

If you can have a mutual commitment between one another on the same level then you have your perfect match, you are the story that everyone tells, and you see yourself in all those movies when you look into the eyes of one another.
