Look at me, can’t you?

I thought we could have been

I thought you wanted to be

But now you won’t even look at

There is a better way

 to assist

all those who are lost,

and looking to

rebuild their lives inside and out;

Where

There is a better way to live,

to hope, to love, to serve,

A way that lasts to always give,

the best we'll ne'er deserve.

As I journey life's pathway,

Help me  find a better  way  I pray,

Now instead of mediocrity,
