We've been with NetFlix for a little more than a year. Recently, to save money, we downgraded our service to two, unlimited DVD's. What a mistake! It seemed to take soo long to ever get a DVD that I was seriously thinking about canceling our membership.
Instead, we decided to sign on for the three, unlimited DVD plan. Now we get our dvd's every other day. This works out for us, because as much as not getting my dvd's when I want them annoys me, being overwhelmed by dvds waiting to be view frustrates me more. They take on the appearance of dollar bills just lying around!

Ideally, with the three dvd plan you have one dvd at home, one on it's way back to Netflix and one on it's way to your mailbox at all times. The only time this system gets messed up is when there is a Federal Holiday, which means of course, no mail.
The only other way to mess up this system is for you to hold onto the movie for more than a day or two at the most. If there isn't a DVD making it's way to Netflix, chances are, you will end up with two dvd's in your home. Not a good thing since night time is our only movie watching time.
So, keep your movie que filled, and watch your movies as soon as they arrive as you can, and Netflix makes a very satisfying and economical way to see all the latest movies!
