It is really necessary to be honest and don't tell you like something because your date likes it, if your interests are similar, by all means share, but don't pretend to share these interests if you don't. This will result into conflicts and you will find out he/she is not the perfect match for you. People have different opinions and your perfect match expects respect for her/his opinion but can accept differences.

The perfect match doesn't require you are quite the same in characteristics and have same opinions but it is necessary you share some interests. If only one of both partners want to go out for dinner, a movie, theatre or other interests and the other partner want to stay always home; your relationship may experience some problems. Your appearance can be important and it is important you wear clothes you normally wear. Try to be always yourself and show respect for the one you are dating.

It is obvious you talk about what you really expect from each other. Have patience because you don't know at your first date if she/he will satisfy your expectations. Love needs to grow and after some time you will find out if you have same expectations about important life decisions, for example children. Do you both want children or is your professional career more important? It is important to be "honest" than finding out that your big dream of the perfect match was just an illusion.

Don't be jealous and give your partner some freedom; confidence is the key for a lasting relationship. Show always your feelings and emotions and sometimes a bouquet of flowers can do miracles.
