Ulcerative colitis and nutrients, is there any real connection? Not only is the answer a definitive yes, it is estimated that over 50% of all people that have this disease are using some form of natural treatment that involves nutrients and that number is estimated to be growing every day. There are several forms of nutrients that can help with this disease including several vitamins, as well as prebiotics, probiotics, and fish oil.
