As far as possible keep rage at bay;
It is not healthy for the mind and soul.
It eats into our peace and tends to stay;
creates hostility beyond control
within the recesses of human mind
to gnaw away at bits of sanity
‘til nothing else is left within its tide
except the taste of animosity.
However, if we choose to find a way,
forgiving what the other might have done,
we’ll notice that no matter what they say
the healing of sore wounds will have begun.
It’s wise to manage anger from the start
before its talons tear us all apart.
