She's the most perfect woman I will ever meet
Beautiful and brilliant, kind and oh so sweet
He loves everything about me, thinks that I'm a ten
He'll provide for all of my needs; I'll never want again
She doesn't like a thing about me, all she does is nag
She started out a perfect woman and has become a hag
Why won't he ever talk to me? I feel so unloved
He's indifferent and silent. At most I get an "Ugh."
Thank God she's stopped harping, I needed a break
Wish I could say "I care" to her, but it would be fake
He doesn't hear the things I say, in seems he's gone numb
I can't do this any more. I should quit. I'm done
I miss the way she'd light up at just the sight of me
She'd laugh and play and make me smile effortlessly
I miss how I could make him laugh, brighten up his day
It made me feel needed and now that feeling's gone away
I told her that I love her. She brings meaning to my life
I want to be her partner. I want her for my wife
In his eyes I see his warmth, I know his love is true
He's become the man I want to be with. Soon I'll say, "I do."
She knows my faults and all my follies, and still she chooses me
I know she isn't perfect, but she is just right for me
We saw each other's flaws laid bare, we made it through it all
Now he's my rock, my best friend. He'll catch me if I fall
From this day forth I'll be there for her, whatever her need is
I'll be her strength, her shoulder to cry on. I vow, I swear to this
From until my last day I'll be the softness to his strength
I'll support him, to stand by him I'd go to any length
The minister turned to him and said, "Do you take her for your bride?"
"I do," he said, taking her hand, pulling her to his side
"Do you take him to be your groom?" She didn't miss a beat
"I do!" she cried and with that, they swept each other off their feet

Poetry: He said, she said
He said that she'd remember when she woke,
They said that her mild amnesia may last,
He said that he's believe it when she
He said he was ignited by the depth of her cleavage,
She said they had a visceral connection.
He said taking her coat was
She said don't do it
He said why not?
So he went and done it
And he got caught!
He said forget it
She said oh
He said, she's dead,
She said, but cannot say
She wrote, so he read
What she had to say.
Her quote, in her note
sold his soul
by Cyn Bagley
He said:
he never knew that she was this unhappy
she smiled when she made him breakfast
she kept the house clean
even the sex
