"Bleeds Dreams"
The hazards of swallowing a double-edged sword
Make our paths to the morgue all the more absurd
An arrow shot with a pull-back rope
All we touch is gasoline soaked
You bent so kindly to lift me up
I clothed your arm in fire
I torched the bridge of reasoning
That once spanned the stream of desire
Many flames burn so hot, they melt a hole in time
Mine was so, and though I knew it not, I left a warning sign:
"The reaper asks, though you are moving fast,
you mind the checkered line."
A rush of leaves, it's autumn
When the decay becomes evidence
The leaves reattach themselves to their places on the branch
Living life, hating death: A cyclical romance.

When we were young, in love and poor,
with nothing much to lose,
you went to work and didn't mind
the holes in your old shoes.

An arrow shot
by Tracy Foote
Alone in the darkness
waiting,sil ent, motionless.
A blanket of cold covers
the womb like an icy shroud.
Water rushing,
the shroud
The finest thing you do for me
Of so many
Is make me think another way
When I get tangled up in private worlds of words.
Why
by Moeze Lalji
Have you
Understood life
Yet
It always travels
Back to the origin
The body was raised
From earth
So all Adams and Eves
Return back
