A old lady half body was out of the kitchen's window at nine floor unit. The officers arrived at scene and rushed up to the unit and knocked on the door. A male subject answered to the door and informed "No one is hanging at the window". The officers then knocked on the neighbour house. No respond. They decided to break into the unit by breaking the window. They broke the window and went into the unit and found that there was no one in the unit. They look out from the kitchen's window and saw the old lady was still hanging on the window, but at the unit where they first knocked on.

They went back to the first unit again and broke in by breaking the window. Upon entered the unit, they saw the male subject earlier on answered to the door was trying to hold on to the old lady. The officers finally managed to save the old lady after broke the unit window.

The male subject claimed that he was sleeping when the officer knocked on the door, and he was unaware that his mother, the old lady was almost fall out of the window.
