Soft red satin
Tasteful attire
You're so close yet
So impossibly far away
This music was your favorite and
The tears were inevitable
Even though you told us no
Your eyes pinned shut
Your hands cold and oh so pale
Your time has come and gone
And our time has come to mourn
Will you remember us
Where you are now
Can you remember us
So far away
So impossibly far away
Can you remember how we laughed
Or how we felt
Or anything at all
Can you remember us
As we remember you
Will we remember us
Will we mourn
When our time has come and gone
Will we remember us
At the hour
Or will we remember what we want
