People love nascar because it is a good family event to watch together. When you find your favorite driver you life you want to follow them every race. Nascar is certainly not only for southern people. People all over in every state love nascar. Its a money making business like any other sport. The wrecks and crashes are what the fans love the most. Its also fun to watch the drivers get mad and speak their mind. Its never dull. My favorite driver is Junior. Its also fun to collect the novelties of your favorite driver. Its a sport you can sit and watch with your family. In our house everybody has their favorite driver and that makes it real exciting. I have never been to a race but I would love to go to one someday. People from all walks of life love nascar. Its not just a southern sport. Although growing up in the south i went to see races every weekend at our local tracks. It was just a part of life. Its just a real family oriented sport. Most of the drivers have families. When you watch nascar you just get addicted to it. You learn to miss it when the season is over. I'm just waiting for Junior to win a championship. The competition in nascar is growing every year. When you watch it as a family you really get excited. I guess its that need foe speed. Just seeing how fast they are able to go gets me excited. I have always been a Junior fan since he started racing. His father was a great racer as well. A lot of people think he was a cheater. His father has always been my father's favorite. I think the thrills and excitement is why nascar is so popular. You get to know the drivers and things about them as a person.
