Angels exist so long as you choose to see them for what they really are. When science can explain almost everything in these modern times, faith is indeed a choice we make and the Angels around us are just friends, coincidental helpers or Angels sent from Heaven. I have been blessed enough to walk often in the light of love, witness miracles and, yes, have met many times with Angels. This is my story...
It didn't start with a meeting of someone in a time of trouble who I later decided was an Angel, it started in the car, in a queue to join a roundabout on the dreary daily commute to the office. I was praying The Rosary and reflecting on The Sorrowful Mysteries. Specifically thinking about Jesus and his agony in Gethsemane. We managed to get my dad back on his feet and walking but, as I tried to say anything encouraging to keep him going, I knew there was no way we were going to make the next 7 miles. I'd discussed thumbing a lift with my brother but we knew there were few enough cars on this road during the day. Finding one at this time of night and one with space for three grown men and their backpacks was simply out of the question. Yet, as we trundled along painfully slowly, headlights beamed into the darkness.
My brother was at the back and first to be offered a lift by the driver. He turned down the offer explaining that there were two of us up ahead also fully laden. To our amazement, a land cruiser showed up with my brother in the front and room in the back for my dad and all our gear. The driver drove us on the Balmaha. I have no idea where he came from, how he happened to be driving a land cruiser with
