Derailed

Two trains and one track
the destination the same
Speeding toward each other
Masochistic mind-framed
Eyes open illuminated
piercing pitch lonely black
They are overburdened
A million tons at each back
Their final journey in locomotion
Its seconds before they are one
Two hurried yet heart-felt trains
not caring about consequences
just dying for forbidden fun 
Their faces melt together
A passion so very hot
One train fell in love
but the other just was not
Left was one train bent out of shape
the other feeling like it failed
Trains that ride the tracks of infidelity
inevitably will be left derailed
Thus ends a simple tale of loco-matics
Of a naughty night of games 
Unable to see down the line
to a one-night stand in flames
