Should Christians celebrate the festive facade called Christmas, or, as it is more commonly and accurately described, XMAS?

No.

The birth of the Lord, Jesus Christ is an event all Christians should rejoice in and commemorate, but such is not the purpose of the pagan festival which is celebrated on the 25th of December, and it is time for Christians to recognize that the purpose of Xmas, not Christmas, is to worship pagan gods and to lead half baked Christians into satanic slavery.

The reality of Xmas is a question posing interesting anomalies which deserve to be comprehensively and dis-passionately addressed and we will endeavour so to do here.

What exactly is Xmas?

Xmas is a religious ceremony held on December 25th of each year, in the supposedly Christian societies, though, now, many other societies are practising it, as a means to greatly boost sales in a generally slow fiscal period.

It is claimed, erroneously, to celebrates or, as some profess, commemorate, the birth of Jesus, the Christ, the Son of God, the Messiah to Israel; the Saviour of the Gentile children of God.

This sounds good, spiritual, and has, for many years, been a handy decoy to lead the world up a blind alley, straight into the entwining clutches of religious lechers, the demonically inspired grip of religion, instead of the reality of God and His Word.

First we need determine if, indeed, Xmas is anything more than a spurious claim, that Jesus, the Messiah, was born on Dec.25 01 a.d. and if it has any credible supportive evidence to validate this hypothesis.

What historical evidence, if any, is tendered to support this assumption that the Lord Jesus Christ was born on Dec.25th.?

At this time of year, in Palestine, it is winter, and both shepherds and their flocks are safely bedded down in their barns or caves, to escape the freezing conditions outside, especially at night.

“... and it was not the custom for the shepherds of Judea to watch their flocks in the open fields later than about the end of October” (Two Babylons. Alexander Hyslop p.91 (S.W. Partridge& Co. London)

We need also establish the time of the Roman census, and, from their comprehensive records, determine the census was held in April, spring, which facilitated easy access, by road, for
