Blistering enraptured passion,
leads in a capturing fashion,
so often to thinking wrongly,
that we are just an untold fool.
Love's fuel is still too cool,
if it doesn't yet dislodge,
your brain from still bringing
desire along to only overrule.
Desire so often unbalances,
because real love only fulfils.
What love's reality discloses
openly, desire only supposes.
Admire without the desire.
Foolish desire is but a fire,
& yet all consuming love is
not an un-complying supplier.
Desire creates misdirected
power, when it's oversupplied.
Love that lasts the longest,
is not fuelled by foolish desire.
