As we travel down this road of life
We are met by many other fellow travelers
Some that have just begun their journeys
Some that we have seen on this road before
Many of these travelers pass us by
Never to darken our paths again
But many of the folks we meet add to our lives
And extend our journeys little by little
Adding some of their experience to our own
Some of these people we meet
Become the friends we long to see
The people that help us along
as we travel through our days
Their guidance and help keep us
from straying off of our paths
Thank you for being that kind of friend
Thank you for always being there
And always standing beside me
Thanks for your experience
Which I could never do without
And most of all
Thanks for being my Mom

Her style is ever changing,
Her mood is ever
Family,
Gathering around in good times and bad,
Thanksgiving dinners each working hard for the family to enjoy,
Babies born
