Positive Thinking can Transform Your Lifestyle
Positive thinking, that mental exercise we’re all told we should do every day to help us stay motivated and pointed in the right direction. Right? Yeah, I know of it and I try to use it everyday. Is it easy? Absolutely not.
Being a positive thinker or staying positive in today’s struggles is difficult. We have loss of employment, people losing their homes, loss of loved ones either through death, divorce or debt. Positive energy can be hard to come by these days.
If you can find it and keep it, positive thinking can most definitely transform your life and you might even find just a touch of peace that comes with the hard work and effort.
How do we find this positive energy we need to focus into positive thinking? There are a few ways that might help and once you get the rhythm going you’ll come up with your own in no time. You’ll feel the positive energy flowing through your entire being and transforming your once dreary, depressed and drama-filled life into a peaceful, loving and harmonious enlightenment.
One way to begin this enriching experience in your life is to use daily affirmations. Affirmations are short sentences or verses that encourage, support, comfort, inspire, incite, promote and embolden us to do well, keep positive and find courage.
Some examples of affirmations would be…
I am strong
I am rich
I am worthy
I feel wonderful about myself
I can do anything
I am a beautiful
My life is faith filled
Life is amazing
Use these daily and you’ll begin to see a big difference in your daily energy. Post-it notes are a great way to use these affirmations. Write the affirmation on the post-it notes and put them in unique and intriguing places. You could post them on the computer, the refrigerator, the bathroom mirror, the bedroom vanity, the closet door, the front door, the dashboard of your car and in your favorite books. When you open the book after not reading it for a few weeks, you’ll get a nice surprise and a boost of encouragement.
Giving positive energy and thoughts to others is another excellent way to encourage positive thinking and transformation. Your not only keeping up the positive thought process for yourself but you are enabling others to experience it as well. Thereby building positive energy and passing it on to others.
We are all energy and as such if we promote positive energy we can use it to transform our daily lives and live in harmony.
Laughter is another wonderful way to promote positive transformation in your life. Laughter releases the endorphins in our brain and in our bodies to produce happiness. It encourages our lungs to relax, our body muscles and the muscles in our minds also to relax. Laughter brings positive energy into our electrical field and helps promote change.
Promoting positive thought and teaching positive thought to others can and will change your life. You’ll have less stress, more energy and an abundance of opportunities will begin to fill your daily calendar.
