How businesses benefit when customers commit to brand loyalty

The aim of any business enterprise is to satisfy the customers need.  This become evident when the customers  commit themselves to brand loyalty.  Here they will make repeat purchases on an on going basis.  This action  by loyal customers  will  definitely  allow  for  the success of the enterprise and will guarantee return on investment and a period of longevity for the item.

Businesses benefit from customers brand loyalty in a number of ways and here are a few:

1. Research.  With the customers purchasing the items the company will be able to do extensive research and even improve on the different areas of the product.   If there is a need to make  changes with  the product  this can be done since there is support.  In some cases  other items can be made which add value to what is in circulation.

2. Stability of employment.  Employment can be guaranteed for most of the workers. Hence more families can feel satisfied that they can earn their income from an organization that is satisfying  the needs of it clients. The employees will be committed to high  ethical standard of work.

3. Establishment of customers relationship. Over time the customers feel connected to the business and when  events are done  such as charity for the unfortunate,  the customers feel a sense of belonging.  Plus further encouragement is made through customers  appreciation day.

4. Instant Demand. Once brand loyalty is created within families generations will continue the trend  because they feel secured and satisfied.

5. Competitors will stay at bay.  Brand loyalty ensures that other similar brands (that may be substandard)  will not come and compete because the price  due to economies of scales and the perceived  value of the item  are  already accepted by the customers.

6. Prizes and small incentives. The market place is filled with a number of items all vying to be the best. so the businessman must use creative methods to keep his customers loyal to him, so  a number of free gifts and incentives are offered  from time to time to keep the customer  and at the same time keep the product in the  face of the customers all the time.

From these ways it can seen that business enjoy their status when customers commit to brand loyalty here it can seen that this is a win win situation
