Yoga is one of the best solution to stress elimination. There are many types of yoga exercises ranging from the simple steps to the more complicated steps.
Yogasanam can be learnt from a Guru (teacher), Video clips or even the Internet sites. Let me share one simple exercise.
1. Just close your eyes lightly and slowly (not tightly).
2. Take a deep breath slowly, relax and breathe out slowly.
3. Do this a few times and then start chanting a word (any word, for eg: "OM") each time you breathe in and out slowly.
4. You may do this simple concentration exercise for 10 mins and then open your eyes slowly.
You would feel lightened off a load (burden). You would feel relaxed and comfortable. Your concentration power is increased and your thinking is sharper.
Good luck with the stress relief exercise.
