Come dance with me
Walk through the fields, see the daisies,
Watch the butterflies, as they fly towards Heaven.
Step lively now, pick up your feet, and rise up like leaven.
Dance with me.
Hold me tight, never let me go, forever the wind will sing through the highest tree.
It’s the last time, the last time.
Take my hand and listen to the clouds, as together they clash bring the rains that chime.
Dance with me, for tomorrow we sleep.
Run with me, dash away, for soon we’ll weep…
It’s a dance, can’t you see?
It’s the last, the last dance, for you and me.

as we spun round the floor,
clasped in your arms,
stepping in great time.
The lights
