Stop the endless talk
about other people.
The movie stars, fine
they have put themselves out there
and they don't know you.
Your acquaintances, friends, family,
and anyone in your inner and outer circles.
Stop talking about them.
Sure you see things,
sure it's seems wrong to you,
but are you doing any good?
Are you really reflecting them or you.
Every word, of every day is precious,
make them good words, grand words,
words that flow positive energy.
Stop solving other peoples problems,
they have their own life and will
figure out what they have to do.
Stop putting down someone else's ways,
Who are you?
Find another way.
Stop talking,
and watch the talking stop.

Poetry: Stop
by ElliotPhaber
I am suspended in time and motion.
I no longer know any meaning of devotion
And I can't help but drown in the ocean.
Who
Beds made, floors mopped,
dishes done, wood chopped,
clothes washed, hung to dry,
lists written, food to buy,
car cleaned,
by Jon Coe
Thumping, bumping, in, this chest
tightening, frightening, god, knows best
Pressure, building, up, in this brain
help me, help
Stop the endless talk
about other people.
The movie stars, fine
they have put themselves out there
and they don't know
Stop in your doings and think for a while
Of what is around and never leaves you
In your darkest hour, the moments you smile
