If the Egyptian people truly want a democracy, a government for the people and by the people, the last organization that should be a part of that government is the Muslim Brotherhood!

The Muslim Brotherhood is the organization that gave birth to the Hamas as well as al Qaeda, Egyptian Islamic Jihad, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. All known religious terrorist groups. All whose number one goal is to wipe out Israel and kill all infidels (those who refuse to accept their religious beliefs.) If you want to know how closely their beliefs and ideology are intertwined, do a Google search for “Muslim Brotherhood Covenant”. The top four search results bring up Hamas. Why do you think that is?

To say that the Muslim Brotherhood does not fit the bill of “religious fanatics” is either incredibly naïve, incredibly ignorant, or just outright dishonest propaganda! To believe the Egyptian people would have an actual democratic government were the Muslim Brotherhood part of that government is not only foolish but dangerous!

Democracy usually means each and every person within the country that has the right and freedom to vote without threat of violence or death, for those they want to lead their government. This right also includes women, having the right to be treated as a valued human beings, make their own choices of religion, who to marry, who to vote for etc.

If the Muslim Brotherhood were to be a part of the government it would be one step closer to achieving it’s goal. To create a Caliphate, for those who do not know what this means, Caliphate refers to the first system of government established in Islam, and represented the political unity of the Muslim nation. The goal is to bring all nations under Islamic/Muslim rule.

The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 by school teacher Hassan al-Banna. And according to al-Banna, “It is the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its laws on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.” (Al-Banna Quoted in Richard P. Mitchell, The Society of Muslim Brothers, New York City:, Oxford University Press, 1969,) page 207.

To have this group in any kind of leadership or governing office would be dangerous not only to us but to Israel. They have made no secret of their hatred and intent to destroy and wipe out all of Israel. One only has to read their  Covenant .

According to Wikipedia:

The Hamas Covenant (or Charter), issued in 1988, outlines the organization's position on many issues, and identifies Hamas as the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine and declares its members to be Muslims who "fear God and raise the banner of Jihad in the face of the oppressors." The charter calls for the eventual creation of an Islamic state in Palestine, in place of Israel and the Palestinian Territories and the obliteration or dissolution of Israel.

The charter states "our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious"…Among the charter's controversial statements is the following: "The time will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews [and kill them]; until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: Oh Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him!” The document also quotes Islamic religious texts to provide justification for fighting against and killing the Jews of Israel. …..adding that the only way to engage in this struggle between "truth and falsehood" is through Islam and by means of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamas_Covenant

Now after knowing all this, do we really need to ask the question should the Muslim Brotherhood be a part of the new Egyptian Government! The answer must be a resounding NO!
