I love fruit juices of all kinds, especially the new mixes they are putting together now. I find the taste of banana/strawberry or kiwi/strawberry of a mix of all the berries satisfies my craving for something sweet without having to resort to processed sugar. Blueberry juice is full of antioxidants which we all know is good for you! Cranberry juice helps to detox the kidneys and the liver. One of my favorites fruit juices is apple. I can drink it hot or cold, so it serves me all year 'round.
Fruit juices can supply some of the necessary vitamins and minerals, without being toxic to your body as sodas can. They can, however, add to calorie intake if not watched. Sometimes I will pour a little fruit juice into a glass of water to improve the taste of the water and reduce calories. Done at home, this is much cheaper than buying those bottles of flavored water!
Most of us need to increase our liquid intake for our health. (Not that kind of liquid!) Happy "drinks" to you!
