The 07/08 season is finally hear and who could be more excited than a Philadelphia Phillies fan. Wait did i just say that? with the additon of Freddie Garcia, Jimmy Rollins talkin smack, competition at 3rd base and lets not forget super slugger MVP Ryan Howard things look pretty darn good. until you look in the bull penn but with trade rumers swirling around clearwater that could be fixed sooner rather than later. I know I know we set ourselves up year in and year out but you can feel it this year the main difference ""COMPETITION"" with confidence to boot we have a good team now its time they played like one and i think they will. Hold on do I actually believe this is the year the phills win the NL east and make a madd dash for the worl series? why not the red sox broke the curse of the bambino why not billy penn this team has the mentality and toughness to grind it out with any team in major league baseball.So if you are the type to do everything your friends tell you like jump off a bridge then take my advice and reserve your spot on broad street cause the parade is on its way.

SIXERS
Billy King, Mo Cheeks and possibly Larry Brown led this team to its 7th strait win against Larry Birds Pacers following a 6 game homestand that the 76ers swept for a season high. and get this one guess who is all of a sudden #1 in the leage in rebounding? The 76ers. Crazy aint it besides doing a great job gettin to the line.
Korver has been lights out since taking a break awhile back getting new looks for a new game since joining forces with Andrea Miller who is gettin the ball in everyones hands making this team look somewhat formidable. Starting Steven Hunter and having a court smart guys like Joe Smith coming of the bench along side Willie Green has really advanced the growth of rookie Rodney Carney not to mention created true superstars out of Andre "dont call me iggy" Iquadala and Samuel "dont call me Sammy" Dalembert I trully believe with just a strong enough finish to not make the playoffs they can really make people want to come play hear in hopes to be the one that pushes this team to the top

Well after such a miserable season I am finally gaining some confidence in gm Paul Holmgren like the 76ers this team is starting to play hockey.To little to late? Not at all again this team could start gaining some interest from younger pro hopefulls. Not to mention Free Agents so with all said and done for now Steve Richards should have a drink with Mo since
