It's not whether to 'solve the problem' of illegals living in America but rather, to create a system to prevent illegals from taking advantage of Americans. It is unlikely the bulk of illegals will be deported any time soon, and being this is the truth, we have to stop complaining and start innovating. We can make, living side by side work, if everyone comes together using an open mind. Team work.

Let me ask; "If you were a legislator how would you go about creating a system of change?" You can leave out racist and or discriminatory remarks. I am asking for innovative ideas, not the works of hatred. Keep reminding yourselves of the protection of human rights. Think. What can we as Americans do to enhance our country and at the same time protect illegal immigrants human rights?

I created an idea. It is my opinion, enforcement of these initiatives belong in the hands of Federal authorities, the state and local level as support services only. As in the local and state level is subordinated. Both the local and state level takes direction (not orders) from the federal government. Period. No discussion. In a centralized government, the federal government oversees both the local and state government. America is a republic.

Any new bills proposed will be analyzed and reviewed prior to converting it into law. To assure there is no 'wording' that denies benefits to Americans. Laws will be written (and implemented) to 'serve' America as a whole. Which means...Americans will not be forced to pay for programs that do not benefit them.

InterNational Program; program is in rough draft

Illegals will report to US Marshal office to be registered; finger printed, blood type, full name, birthdate, sex, race, national origin, age, height, weight, disability etc.

Illegal will be given InterNational ID card after regististration is completed. InterNational ID card replaces 'papers' card is laminated provides Photograph and information (like a drivers license).

All InterNational persons will be given a set of rules and guidelines to follow. InterNationals are not citizens of United States and will be treated as such. Benefits granted to Americans will not be granted to InterNational people. This includes US Constitution protections.  [If the parents are illegal, the children are illegal].

InterNational program protects illegals while they work inside America. It also assures Illegals do not use citizens tax dollars to benefit themselves.

-Employment is limited; set term limit.
