How feminism can reduce terrorism in the Middle East

Many topics involving international relations are often hypothesized about in order to get a better comprehension for why these topics even occur. One of the most fascinating and often miscalculated political phenomena would be terrorism, furthermore how to counter it. While there will never be a way to end political conspiracy, one can at least find a way to concentrate on one region at a time. The first region that comes to mind when considering terrorism would be the Middle East region. This area of the world has been the birth place of many of our contemporary enemies in the political world. We have the assumption that these men are somewhat insane, bombing entire naval ships and ramming planes into sky scrapers. However, unlike most capitalist nations, what these terrorists lack is something we all take for granted. Something we all loved as children but rebelled against as teens and young adults. What these men have in common with other terrorists like them is the fact that their mothers were absent from their up bringing and they required learned behavior from other males to oppressed their women. I believe, as much effort as the Bush administration claims it had made to liberate women, the fact remains that these women have been more than ever oppressed in the Middle East since the United States invaded Afghanistan. I propose that feminism, when and if taken seriously internally, meaning without capitalist involvement, the Middle East will take their women more seriously and include them in more political participation. With the use of the constructivism approach, I will attempt to justify why feminism can counter terrorism in the Middle East. With the constructivism approach (I call it an approach because it has not been classified as a theory yet) the main focuses are forming and transforming interests of states. Max Weber ,who played a big influence on the constructivism idea, believes that religion and government are the main parts. This is because religion, he thinks, is what separates the West from the East the most. Constructivism as a whole, like stated earlier, values restoration of interests including the rights of all humans. It offers a reason for culture and domestics to be returned to politics. With these principles in mind I believe a constructivist approach will explain well that again, feminism can all well counter terrorist activity in the Middle East.

In order to explain my hypothesis about feminism and terrorism, I will explain both
