Pharmaceuticals: The capitalism issue

Everybody have the right to be cured from diseases and have access to all drugs and medical therapies gratis or at low, affordable costs; the problem is that the high costs of many medical drugs, imposed by the pharma-companies make impossible the access to these therapies to the largest part of the people, even in the richest Countries.
It's clear that the pharma-companies follow only their marketing rules to get the higher profit, not the goal of providing good and effective medical drugs to people health problems and neither that of making them available to everybody.

The Public Health system, in many European Countries, can reduce or eliminate much these costs for citizens with reimbursements and free coverage, but in a private hospital with no conventions with the State, the costs of drugs, check analysis, rehabilitations and therapies are impossible for common people and there health is only for rich people.

This sad situation is even more dramatic in the Third World, where up to the 90% of the poor people can't have access to hospitals or medical drugs because of their too high costs, so that only some missionary centers lead by volunteers can give a medical aid to millions of people, also obliged to live in terrible hygienic conditions that increase much the risks of infections and
precocious death.

Business is business for the pharma-companies and they are contrary in any way to allow the independent production of drugs, at very lower costs, just in the poor Countries to face their immediate emergencies.
Some Countries, like India and South Africa (the last has to face its dramatic situation for AIDS diffusion), have already started such low-costs poroductions in the recent years, but after having overcome years of legal actions by the pharma-companies, trying to protect their great incomes for their patents on the drugs and the rigts on their brands.

Another great problem is the quality of drugs created and provided by the pharma-companies;
We should know that the largest part of medical drugs are only palliative and symptomatic, and even in this, frequently not effective; then, they have always side effects, especially after a long term use.
The real effective cures of infective and degenerative diseases are very little, instead.
Just this is the other great marketing trick of pharma-companies; for them is more convenient to invest in research, production and marketing of SYMPTOMATIC drugs, that oblige the patient to use and
