For any relationship to really thrive there has got to be trust. A relationship without trust is really not a relationship at all. Trust is definitely something that has to be earned by either party involved in a relationship and if 1 party in the relationship is having any difficulty with trust issues then it will be very hard for that relationship to develop into much of a relationship at all. You will always have 1 party or the other questioning the other party, whether it be with money, children or even with other people, especially other people of the opposite sex as their own.
A big cause of trust issues with one person or another is due to their past relationships. If one party or the other has ever been involved in another relationship in their past and has had their former partner cheat on them with another man or woman then they are always going to have that situation in the back of their minds which will make forming a committed and trusting new relationship partner very difficult.
I have been involved with a man personally for 3 years now and he was married once before and actually caught his former wife in a compromising position with his own brother. Now it doesn't necessarily have to be that their former partner was involved with another individual of the opposite sex, there are many forms of cheating but that seems to be the one that happens the most and seems to really burn deep into their minds which doesn't allow for them to be able to move on and have a productive and long-lasting relationship with someone new. I have always believed that if you are truly committed to any man or woman, that trust is something that is of the utmost importance. If you have fallen out of love with that person then the best thing to do is to end that relationship before you do something that you my later regret. If it is just a matter where you are beginning to feel that your relationship is lacking some excitement or has become dull in one way or another then a good suggestion would be to find something that would help bring back the excitement that you feel you are lacking in your current relationship. And I am not saying that you should do something that would compromise your beliefs in any way but there are always things that you can do to bring back that spark to any relationship.
My other suggestion is to not give up at the first sign of trouble. The first sign of trouble is not a sign to get out while the gettins' good, it just means that it is time for you to try and fix whatever is broken. It's like riding a bike. If you fall you have to get back up and try again. Not saying that you have to try and try and try for years, but just don't give up to quickly as there is always an opportunity to correct most problems.
