Not everyone has the luck to be born like all those models that you see on the catwalk or in the glossy magazines and if the truth be told, if you were to see those models before the make-up artists got to work on them, they would not seem even half as glamorous. Their secret is that they know how to bring out the best in themselves and so with that knowledge and the help of the make-up artists they have become as famous and as beautiful as they are.
But us ordinary folk can improve ourselves as well. Obviously not to the standards of a model (or then again I don't know because I can't see you) but if you are more or less normal like most of us on this earth there are lots of things that you can do to improve your aspect without resorting to anything as drastic and expensive as plastic surgery where sometimes one ends up coming out from the operating theatre even worse than when one went in.
The first thing to do is to get a good hair cut that suits your face and also get it highlighted which gives as instant lift to the face of any age. While you are having this done, at the hairdressers supposedly, book yourself for a pedicure and a manicure. Already during the course of not more than two hours you will have made a great difference to your hair, your feet and your hands. Not bad for starters and I am sure that when you walk out you will maybe glance at your reflection in a shop window and already feel that the improvement is beginning to show!
Try and stop smoking and drinking alcohol and I can assure you that in the space of no less than four weeks you will see a dramatic change in your skin. The area underneath the eyes will begin to plump up again and the skin will revert back to a healthy pink colour instead of ashen grey. Alcohol really dries up your skin an awful lot and smoking hampers your circulation and usually makes you end up with blood shot eyes - these are not things that make you look your best! But if you can't be without these try and counteract the effects by using eye drops and a very good hydrating face cream. The best face cream that I have ever found, and it's not expensive like so many other mircale creams on the market, is Nivea Visage Expert Lift. It will instantly moisturize your skin and leave it feeling much plumper and with more elasticity and at about € 18 a jar it is not going to do much damage to your bank account.
When you have a bath always remember to use a loofah to exfoliate all those dead skin cells that leave your
