Why Bin Laden has not yet been captured

One of the reasons Bin Laden has not been captured is that George W. Bush and his circle of criminals pulled US troops out of Afghanistan just when they were on the verge of capturing Bin Laden. We sent our troops off to Iraq to engage in an illegal and immoral invasion of a sovereign nation without cause, a war crime by definition.

The other reason Bin Laden has not been captured is that he is probably dead. I have believed he was dead for at least a couple of years. He has been strangely silent with only an occasional audio tape, shaky evidence at best. There was a rumor a couple of years ago that Bin Laden was going to come to the United States and commit a suicide attack in this country. Since I believed he was already dead, I assumed that the plan was to bring his body into the US, load it up with explosives and plant it somewhere where it could do maximal damage. Then Bin Laden could become a heroic martyr. I suspect that the logistics of such a plan were just too much. The idea of Bin Laden actually using himself as a suicide bomber is just too absurd to consider.

Anyway, the guy is dead. His capture or death now would be meaningless anyway since George Bush has swelled the ranks of the terrorists, Al Qaeda and otherwise, to a size they never could have dreamed of before Bush began his Iraq campaign for creating terrorists. One of the ironies of Bush's lies was that the lie about Hussein being associated with Al Qaeda now has some truth to it since Al Quaeda is now in Iraq. Good job, Georgie!
