As an Independent Consultant for PartyLite Gifts, Inc., you can expect benefits that other home show companies either do not offer or simply have outrageous goals for you to meet.

The Beginning

Your first benefit when becoming a PartyLite Consultant begins when you have your very own PartyLite show. Many companies similar to PartyLite, including the company's biggest competitors, have an out of pocket cost you must pay in order to join their team of consultants. PartyLite offers you the chance to start your business for nothing more than a little time, effort and maybe some snacks for your guests. Currently, when you hold a starter show that reaches sales of $350, you receive your starter kit free.

What's more, is that PartyLite wants your business to succeed so much that every dollar over the $350 starter show amount grants you the exact same amount in host(ess) credit to obtain more product for your kit. Therefore, if you hold a $400 starter show, you get your starter kit free and $50 in credit to purchase other products of your choice.

The Commission

You will earn commission on every show you do at a current rate of 25% of sales. The average PartyLite show brings in $400 in sales, netting you $100 for two to three hours of your time. When you decide to move up with PartyLite and start your own team, you will start to earn more based on the number of consultants in your team, your personal sales and your team sales.

Sponsoring two consultants will grant you the title of Team Leader, as well as a 2% bonus on your teams' sales. When you reach six consultants who have been sponsored under you, your profit plus bonus rises to 7%. Now keep in mind, you may sponsor a new consultant who sponsors someone as well, giving you now two consultants in your lineage. Profit plus commissions continue to grow as your lineage continues to grow. There is no limit on how many consultants are in your lineage, and no limit on your income.

In addition to extra profits, PartyLite now offers the Move Up program. This program grants bonuses to successful consultant as she moves up in rank. A consultant promoting to team leader will receive a $250 bonus and a $500 bonus when promoting out to unit leader. But there is more, there is nine tiers to the Move Up program, all granting a bigger bonus than the last. A Regional Vice President can expect to obtain a $12,000 bonus when they promote out to Senior Regional Vice President.
