The Lonely Cries Of A Widow

I cry tonight…

Does anyone hear?

Does anyone know?

Does anyone care?

My heart is broken…

Shall I tell you?

Do you feel it?

Can we mend it?

The world I knew is gone…

Does it matter?

Can I change that?

Will you fix it?

No hope for love now…

Will I ever find it?

Can you help me?

Do you know how?

My lonely cries become silent…

Can you hear them now?

Are they too lonely?

have I mourned too long?

Oh….the lonely cries of a widow!
