Often when you look at someone who exudes confidence, you think “they were just born with it”. That is not true however; confidence is not inborn. It is a learned trait. Luckily for those who suffer from low self-esteem, it’s never to late to learn.
You can take measures to increase your self-confidence in little steps preformed every day. Having a high level of confidence cannot be attained over night, but if you make the effort, your confidence can rise to the point where it’s no longer an effort; it’s just naturally there. Posture-
Maintain the proper posture will make you appear more confident to others, as well as giving you a sense of being confident. Exercise is without a doubt good for your overall health, and when you feel better, and perceive yourself to look good, you will feel better about yourself.
Know Your Insecurities-
Discover what things make you feel insecure, and once you have identified them, try to discover why you feel insecure about it. Make a list of what makes you insecure, and you can try to find ways to limit your amount of time exposed to that situation. That is not to say you are running from these situations, because you will have to face them. If you face them when you are feeling more confident, however, you will find that you handle this situation better, and that it’s not as scary as you once thought it was.
Know Your Strong Points-
Take some quiet time to truly examine yourself. Try to not look at yourself from your own point of view, but instead view yourself as someone else might view you. Write down
