Where do we begin to start writing for the healing process of what continues to flow naturally from the “human heart”? It’s a way to unravel all the pain, suffering, and hurt that we feel in our daily lives. God created the “human heart” to feel and explore life through our dreams and desires, memories, and the “lessons of life” to grow as spiritual beings!
Who ever said that life was going to be easy these days? We have to remember that for each passing moment we live and breathe life helps us to understand “who we are”, “what we are about” and “why we are here. Remember that every person who comes into our lives these days are here to prepare us for the next level of growing a deeper meaning and purpose in life. It’s the hardest task to heal the wounds of the past and present moment.
We all have to be ready for allowing the process to begin when the emotions start to effect “how we feel” on a daily basis. Sometimes the struggles and burdens of each painful memory stay buried in our precious “hearts” until they begin to surface from many years ago. It’s not an easy process to step up to the plate and begin the spiritual journey of releasing, forgiving, and letting go of someone or something that hurt us very deeply at one point and time of our lives.
It’s taking the time these days to realize that all we have to do is take a half hour or so to be alone in our space to write about what is actually hurting us. The positive love and nurturing that we gain from recognizing the pain and hurt we feel can be a tremendous release from our beautiful hearts. Writing helps us to open up the wound that is showing up at the present moment and allow the mental and emotional state of love and forgiveness to heal the heavy burden.
We can write a letter to the person living or who passed away at the time they lived in our lives. This helps us to either let go of the anger, fear, or even cry out or wash away the imprint to that was left inside our deep passionate heart. Then “God” can step in allow his healing energy to release the burden from our “heart and soul”. After the process is completed during the time we are alone in our space with “God, we can feel very light from the healing process that took place. Remember to be thankful for the healing that occurred during each session. Before you know it, life will take us to another peaceful place of moving forward and to never look back at what stopped us from living.
