Creative writing is fun to do when the person writing enjoys the content they are putting on paper, as with many things in life. If a person likes what they are doing, then the chances are higher they will do better at whatever skill, job, craft, hobby, sport, and style. When it comes to creative writing and putting down on paper the most a person knows about the subject, they will find more readers will be interested in their writing. If a person who knows nothing about rocks goes out and writes a five page article about rocks, then expect the content to be lacking substance and very generic in nature. On the other hand, a charismatic Geologist writes a three page article on rocks, you would expect to read a direct amount of information that is very rich in content and to the point. The Geologist will provide subject oriented material that will be more expansive than the other example. Creative writing is similar to this example by writing what you know will enhance the ability to make deep and eye gripping creative writings. Although it is not wrong to go out and write on topics that are not totally in a persons creative spectrum, but the writer will know the difference about their writings. Creative spirit is driven from the experiences of life and having been somewhat cultured, a person should be able to write about anything, although not totally what they have complete knowledge.
The special part of creative writing is how many things can be drawn from to write about, so knowing the lessons learned or understanding the experiences a person has gone through will draw more into their writing. Expansive and detailed articles with a broad use of the English language will enable creative writing articles to be very enhanced and great to read. Stay focused on topic and keeping the knowledge topic on point will assist the writer in making their writings easy to follow or as if they are telling a campfire story, as the reader goes word to word. Making smooth transitions into new paragraphs about the writers subject are easier when the writer feels comfortable about the subject, usually a good indication they are very knowledgeable about the subject. Keeping in mind that the reader must understand the writings, although the writer may be the subject matter expert, they still keep in mind that everyone reads their work differently.
