I wrote this book just for fun
To tell the story of what I’ve done
In my life and with my friends
And to my family make amends.
I wrote this book to free my mind
Of fearful things and the unkind
To forgive myself for what I’ve done
And release the pain of rejection.
I wrote this book for history
And to honor all my memories
For what I’ve done I must forget
And let go of my regret.
I wrote this book for the world to read
Hoping to help someone in need
Of knowing what they can become
And forgive themselves for what they’ve done.

And to my family

My reason for writing
Is to share what I know
To make my mind grow
I write to entertain
Writing is my way
Of staying sane
